These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of southaceinnova.com (the "Site") and the services offered by SouthAce Innova IT Services ("SIITS", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

SIITS provides information about, and inquiry channels for, our IT and telecommunications services, including the ManagerX billing platform, NetAce hotspot management, ISP build & deployment, WiFi & hotspot solutions, and fiber network construction. Any specific engagement, subscription, or deployment of these services is governed by a separate agreement or statement of work entered into directly with SIITS.

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including through the introduction of viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users or visitors without their consent.
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact, demo request, or chat forms.

Our Site includes a live chat assistant staffed by our team during business hours. Messages you send through live chat, our contact form, or a demo request are received by SIITS staff and may be used to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to improve our support processes. Please do not share sensitive information (such as passwords or payment card details) through these channels.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including all text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by SIITS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
