Every subscriber gets their own dashboard: account status, last active time, daily and monthly usage, total usage all-time, and a traffic history chart they can filter by date. It's branded to the operator, not to ManagerX.

They pick a plan and pay, you don't touch it
Subscribers browse and search your live package list: a 2-hour unlimited plan at GHS1, a 400MB day-pass at GHS100, whatever tiers you've configured, and select one directly from their own dashboard.
Payment via Mobile Money or card activates the account automatically. No ticket, no phone call, no manual top-up.
Their login screen says your name, not ours
This is a real tenant on the platform, "Cansaas", with its own Broadband Login screen: username or account ID, 6-character PIN, forgot-PIN and change-PIN flows, and a note to contact their own service provider if they don't have an account.
Nothing on this screen tells the subscriber that ManagerX is running underneath.

A guest joins your WiFi, lands on a captive portal branded to you, registers, and logs in with a PIN to buy a data package. From their next visit on, ManagerX recognises them automatically and takes them straight to the packages page, no login needed, unless they choose to go back to the login page themselves, no server of yours is involved anywhere in that flow. Customers can link multiple devices, phone, laptop, tablet, to the same package at once: data is pooled, bandwidth splits automatically and fairly across every connected device, and customers join and manage their own shared devices entirely on their own through the WiFi login page. Zoho Books, Synced Automatically
Connect your Zoho Books account once: Client ID, Organization ID, data centre, and whether to sync Broadband, Hotspot, or both. Every confirmed payment after that lands in your books on its own.
A subscriber selects a package and pays via Mobile Money or card. ManagerX deducts a small commission, as low as 2%, only on that completed transaction, and credits the rest to the operator instantly, fully automated. There is no subscription fee, no per-user or concurrent-user charge, and no cost to run the platform itself: if nothing sells, nothing is owed.
